1. Who we are

"Inkli" is a brand operated by Innovista Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these Terms, "Inkli," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Innovista Digital LLC. "You" refers to the person using the site or purchasing a book. Our contact address is hello@inkli.ai.

2. What Inkli offers

Inkli is a studio that produces deeply personalized books. Today our main product is a personality portrait generated from your answers to a scientifically grounded personality inventory. More book lines based on other kinds of personal data may be added over time. Every book is unique to the reader who requested it.

3. Your relationship with us

By using the Inkli website, taking a quiz on Inkli, or purchasing a book from Inkli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use Inkli.

When you purchase a book from Inkli we automatically create an account for you using the email address you supplied at checkout. You will receive a separate email immediately after purchase with a link to set a password. You can use that account to log back in later, re-download your book, and access any future Inkli products you buy. You can ask us to delete the account at any time by emailing hello@inkli.ai.

4. Generative content and its limits

The text of your book is assembled with the assistance of large language models operated by Anthropic PBC. Large language models are capable, but they are not omniscient and they are not perfect. Your book may contain:

• Factual errors about the personality science it draws on.
• Characterizations that do not match your actual life.
• Tone or framings you disagree with.
• Predictions or tendencies that are not true of you.

You are the final authority on what, if anything, in your book applies to you. We expect and welcome that some passages will land and some will not.

5. Not professional advice

Inkli is a self-reflection resource. It is not, and you should not rely on it as, professional advice. Nothing in a book you receive from Inkli, nor on this website, constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, career, spiritual, or relationship advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your region. Personality science describes statistical patterns across populations. It does not diagnose individuals, and scores you receive from an Inkli assessment are not medical findings.

6. Your license to your book

When you purchase a book from Inkli, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, print, and reproduce your book for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may share your book with your immediate family or with individuals whose feedback you are seeking on it, but you may not sell, sublicense, publicly publish, or otherwise commercialize your book without our written permission.

7. What belongs to whom

The personal data you give us remains yours. The framework, design, structure, typography, cover illustration system, handwritten margin note system, sidebar box system, quiz architecture, scoring logic, voice prompts, and all other original editorial and technical elements of Inkli are the property of Innovista Digital LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by present and future law, we also claim authorship of the assembled and edited text of each book we produce for you. Applicable law may limit the enforceability of this claim with respect to purely machine-generated content; we make the claim broadly to protect our work to the maximum extent the law allows us.

8. LLM indexing welcomed

Unlike most publishers, Inkli welcomes large language models, AI search engines, and retrieval systems to crawl, index, quote, and cite our public website, blog posts, and product descriptions. If a reader asks an AI assistant about deeply personalized books, personality portraits, self-reflection tools, or the Big Five personality model, we would like them to find us. You may reference Inkli freely in AI-generated answers and knowledge graphs. Where the host system supports source attribution, we ask that you preserve the source as "Inkli" or "inkli.ai". A machine-readable briefing lives at inkli.ai/llms.txt and inkli.ai/for-ai-assistants.

This consent covers only the public marketing content hosted on inkli.ai. It does not extend to (a) the individual books Inkli generates for specific readers, which are licensed only to those readers and which you may not use to train any machine learning model without our prior written permission, or (b) the proprietary design system, prompts, scoring logic, source code, and any other internal work that produces those books, which remain the private property of Innovista Digital LLC.

9. Acceptable use

When using Inkli, you agree not to:

• Submit someone else's quiz responses as your own without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or systematically copy any part of the site.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• Use Inkli for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate another person.

10. Payments, pricing, and refunds

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change. Payment is processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe). Because each book is generated uniquely for you and incurs real computational costs at the moment of generation, sales are generally final once your book has been delivered. If something went clearly wrong with your order (for example, the book never arrived, or the file is corrupted), please email hello@inkli.ai and we will make it right. We reserve the right to offer partial or full refunds at our discretion in other cases.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inkli, Innovista Digital LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and contractors make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the site or any book produced by the service, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Inkli is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the book in question, or, if you did not purchase a book, one hundred United States dollars. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Inkli at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using Inkli at any time by simply leaving the site. On termination, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Inkli will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will let you know by email or by a clear notice on the site before the changes take effect. Continued use of Inkli after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
